Industrial software

New machines, idle data. We connect your plant to the ERP.

We build software that helps mid-size manufacturers turn production data into decisions: automatic machine data collection, real-time OEE, production reporting and traceability, all integrated with the ERP the plant already uses.

  1. Machines and PLCs

OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT and sensors

  2. Production data

OEE, downtime, production reports and lots

  3. Your ERP

Orders, inventory and costs kept up to date

The plant produces data nobody uses

In 2025, 74% of Brazilian manufacturers bought new machines, but only 5% invested in networked machines, according to the National Confederation of Industry (CNI). Without automatic collection, downtime, scrap and productivity stay in spreadsheets filled in at the end of the shift.

What we build

From the plant floor to the decision

Machine data collection

Reading PLCs, sensors and equipment via OPC UA, Modbus and MQTT, with history and alerts.

Real-time OEE and downtime

Availability, performance and quality by line, shift and machine, with the reason for each stop.

Production reporting (MES)

Orders, production entries, scrap and consumption recorded on the floor and sent to the ERP.

Lot traceability

From receiving to shipping, with barcode or RFID and label printing.

Dashboards for every level

Line screens for operators, dashboards for supervisors and reports for management.

ERP integration

Orders, inventory and costs in sync, without replacing the ERP.

Who it's for

Mid-size manufacturers

Designed for meatpackers, dairies, agribusiness and manufacturers that want reliable data without a years-long project.

  • Meatpackers and dairies
  • Agribusiness and sugar and ethanol mills
  • Discrete and process manufacturing
  • Precast concrete and industrialized construction
  • Plants with machines from several generations
  • Operations still reporting production on paper
How we work

How we do it

We start with one line, measure the result and expand.

  1. 1

    Plant floor map

Machines, protocols, collection points and what the ERP needs to receive.

  2. 2

    Pilot on one line

Data collection, OEE and downtime on one line, with the team using it day to day.

  3. 3

    Expansion

Other lines, production reporting and traceability.

  4. 4

    Operations

    Monitoring, support and monthly evolution.

Frequently asked questions: Industrial software

What companies usually ask before getting started.

Can you collect data from older machines?

In most cases, yes. Machines with PLCs can be read via OPC UA, Modbus or MQTT; on older ones we use sensors and gateways to capture signals such as cycles and stops.

Do I need to replace the ERP?

No. The software sends orders, production entries, consumption and inventory to the ERP the plant already uses, via API, database or files.

What is OEE?

OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) combines availability, performance and quality into a single indicator, showing how much of a machine's capacity becomes good product.

Where should we start?

With one line or a bottleneck machine. The pilot shows results with real data before expanding to the whole plant.

Tell us about your production and which machines and ERP you use.

We'll reply with what can be collected and where to start.
